Wholesale Guidelines

At Grace & Luminance, we value our partnerships with shops, salons, boutiques, and retailers and we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable wholesale experience. To ensure our mutual success, we have established the following wholesale terms and conditions:

Taxes

We want to make tax obligations as straightforward as possible for our retailers. Therefore, Grace & Luminance does not charge sales tax on wholesale orders. Instead, the responsibility for collecting and remitting all applicable taxes falls on the retailer. As the retailer, you agree to tax the customer for each item at the time of purchase and to pay all taxes of every description, including federal, state, and municipal. To help us keep our records organized, we require a copy of your reseller's license before selling wholesale items without tax. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

Minimum Order

We require a minimum order of $200 for all wholesale orders, excluding shipping costs. We believe this minimum order requirement will help you get the most value out of our products and make the most of your investment.

MSRP

We want to protect the value of our products and our retailers' investments. Therefore, products purchased from Grace & Luminance may only be sold at the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP). We ask that our Wholesale Accounts do not discount our products more than 20% below MSRP. If you would like to hold a special sale event with a discount beyond the 20% limit, please request permission in writing to Grace & Luminance. We typically grant such requests on a semiannual basis. This includes any online retail sales on retailer websites.

Wholesale Pricing

We offer a 50% discount off the MSRP to all authorized resellers, in addition to shipping costs. Please note that prices are subject to change without notice.

Returns

We want you and your customers to be happy with our products. If you need to make a return, please submit a written request directly to Grace & Luminance within 7 days of the delivery date. Please include the invoice number and detailed reason(s) for your return. We ask that you do not make returns without our approval and shipping instructions. Shipping charges will apply. For goods returned as "unsuitable," we will bill you a 15% restocking fee plus shipping charges. Please email us with product details before returning. Please note that custom designs and products are ineligible for returns.

Shipping

To ensure that our products arrive safely and quickly, we ask that all payments be made before we ship your order. Please note that shipping costs are not included in the price of goods.

For all of our non-local customers, we ship orders via UPS Ground to ensure timely and efficient delivery. If you happen to be local to the Cincinnati area, you're more than welcome to pick up your order when it's ready for collection.

In cases where orders are packed on pallets, we'll ship them using LTL freight. We'll be sure to provide you with a quote for these specific circumstances to keep everything transparent.

We highly recommend insurance for orders over $500, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. This helps ensure your items are protected during their journey to you.

Damages and Defects

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure that they arrive safely. However, if you receive a damaged or defective shipment, please contact us at wholesale@graceluminance.com within 7 days of receipt. We will replace the merchandise with new items. Please note that we cannot accept returns held for more than 15 days after receipt.

Delivery Window

We know that you want your products as soon as possible, and we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as we can. Please allow at least 7 days from the time of your order for item fulfillment. Larger orders may require more time, so please contact us for availability information.

Backorders

If we are out of stock of a particular item, we will back-order it and note it on your invoice. If we have the item in stock at the time of your next order, we will add it to your order without duplication. If you wish to cancel any back-order or not have back-orders listed, please inform us. Backorders will be shipped under the same terms outlined in the shipping section above.
