Returns + Refunds + Exchanges

  

Due to the nature of our products, used items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. We carefully inspect all products before they are shipped to ensure their quality and safety standards but regret that we can not accept returns on these items.

Damages and issues
We will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to hello@graceluminance.com within 7 days of delivery.  Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.  However, you may exchange your unused item for another item of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return and shipping of exchanged items.

Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, or you have the option to receive store credit in the form of a Grace & Luminance E-Gift Card. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
