Shipping Policy

  

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days from our Cincinnati studio. Shipping days are business days: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm EST.

 

We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for most domestic shipping. Domestic economy shipping typically delivers within 5-8 business days and domestic standard shipping usually takes 3-4 business days once shipped. You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

 

Please note that if the shipping information you enter is incorrect or if your package is lost, stolen, or missing after being delivered to an unsafe address, Grace & Luminance will not be held liable. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. Once a package is picked up and scanned in by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing or stolen packages. We are unable to ship to PO boxes at this time, please provide a physical address when you place your order.

 

During times when our shipping partners are experiencing higher-than-normal package volume, there could be unexpected delays in transit or in providing tracking details. We understand that this may cause some inconvenience, but we assure you that it's our priority to have your orders shipped out as quickly as possible.
